  While working in government service, as a medical doctor, I have to handle emergency paediatric cases and paediatric primary care for 6 months. I stayed in the paediatric surgical ward for 6 months, in the neonatal intensive care unit for 4 months, in the paediatric medical ward for 4 months, in paediatric cardiac surgical ward for 2 months, in the paediatric cardiac medical ward for 2 months and in the OG ward for 2 months.
