  ● Responsible for hiring, training, and supervision of seven Transportation Specialists. Coordinates transportation projects for daily programming and large events, transporting over 400 clients over thousands of miles every fiscal year. ● Supervises Childcare Coordinator and entire YWRC Volunteer program, boasting more than 250 active volunteers. Responsible for interviewing, onboarding, training and tracking all volunteers in YWRC mission and policies and Trauma Informed Care. ● Responsible for Service Enterprise Initiative Certification, a project dedicated to making the YWRC an organization that fundamentally leverages volunteers and their skills across all levels of the organization to successfully deliver its mission. ● Participant in and facilitator for Trauma Response Team charged with implementing Trauma Informed and Sanctuary Model practices at the YWRC.
