  General Manager of a privately owned franchise, worked closely with the owner to help promote the store and do all the original hiring. Responsible for the labor percent, food cost, Inventory, bank deposits, promoting/donations, scheduling, hiring and firing. Connected and held close relationships with corporate and all distributors. This led to the ability and acceptance of opening my own franchise.

  Labor Manager included making sure all the labor employees understood what was expected and make sure tasks were being completed on time. Responsible for manual clock in slips keeping accurate records of each persons hours. Carpenter apprentice entailed learning to install bathroom vanities, crown molding, base boards, kitchen cabinets and countertops. This was a 10 month job for a new apartment complex we had six structures each with twelve units.
