I had the pleasure of working with Max for more than ten years. In that time, he successfully grew as an engineer and a people manager. His professionalism and knowledge helped him become the go-to person for much of our organization quickly. I was able to give Max and the team he built a wide range of technical challenges, knowing they would be managed well and efficiently. Besides being a great technical resource, Max is a genuinely nice person. He is someone who always approaches situations with positive intent. This is a term we hear often, but rarely see. This is one of the many traits I will miss. I know that any team Max joins will benefit from having him.
