Founder of a successful Limited Partnership hospitality start up in Northampton town centre. My role within this start-up has been: -operations: full management of staff, stock delivery and tracking, day-to-day operating and customer interactions, maintaining hygiene -finance: managing cash flow, maintaining and abating overheads and identifying funding support opportunities -promotion and growth: focus on increasing the awareness of the brand and the quality and diversity of the product offerings, achieving a 15% increased revenue for Y2 This task has been a huge challenge to maintain coordination and quality around an otherwise full schedule, but my role as Director has taught an incredible number of skills that will be invaluable to any future business venture. I have developed a passion for entrepreneurship and business development on the back of the success of this venture.
