Over the past year, I've had the pleasure of working closely alongside Maxine during our board year at Stimulus. During our time of working together, Maxine has shown incredible grit to ensure that everyone got the most, and contributed the most to Stimulus. Maxine showed incredible strength whilst dealing with numerous challenges that we faced. She is an amazing leader, eager to include everyone in her decision-making process, and sufficiently independent to make final calls when needed. The way Maxine has taken on, and exceeded in, her tasks as well as others' tasks in our board when needed, can only be called admirable. Finally, her communicative skills were outstanding, with her able to articulate what she wanted to express, in a professional but natural manner. She had a large network of people to maintain contact with during our board year, and she did an amazing job at that. In general, during our time of working together, Maxine has shown numerous skills such as leadership, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and adaptation, I would highly recommend Maxine for any (leadership) position in any team.
