  Maxine was admitted as a Solicitor in 2003 and has over 10 years experience in commercial and property law. Maxine joined the Firm in 2005 and was made an Associate in 2008. Maxine’s experience includes banking and securities matters, rural transactions, general conveyancing, business transactions and commercial and residential leasing. However over the years Maxine has forged a path in property law related matters and her knowledge of community titles law and other matters relating to development is now extensive and thorough. Maxine has assisted clients all over Queensland and has extensive experience assisting bodies corporate including management rights and dispute resolution. Outside of the office, Maxine has been a volunteer of the Townsville Community Legal Service for many years and has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Townsville District Law Association.
