  During a one year course at "The Digital Harvard", I learnt to drive change by taking a fresh approach to problem solving, design thinking, business transformation and leadership. Learnings focused on the following areas:• Building a team, creating a group culture and developing skills to enhance creativity, including the latest idea generation techniques and essential research methods. • Exploring design thinking tools and processes, including looking at other related areas such as service design and human-centred design.• Identifying digital technologies as enablers for change, including identifying key technological trends. • Taking an in-depth look at business model development, working with cutting-edge business modelling techniques, case studies, and user journeys.• Exploring the project lifecycle and considering projects from a holistic perspective. All learnings were applied to real world problems that businesses were currently facing. Clients included:Manchester Council/Manchester Homeless PartnershipBBC R&D Manchester (AR/VR)Social Chain (Europe's Fastest Growing Social Agency)Shindigger (A Growing Event and Brewery Start Up)Several other Startups Finally, I conducted a 6 month research project on the future of Artificial Intelligence within the workplace, specifically on the advent of AI within Marketing and the Creative Industries.

I realised the need for a more agile and responsive creative production company. I then pitched the concept to the founders of Irresistible Films, this new venture was called Green Bullet Films. We won several awards within the first 3 months and the company grew rapidly.
