I worked closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that the models accurately reflected the goals and objectives of RRH. Additionally, I ensured that the assumptions used in the models were supported by data. Through careful analysis and forecasting, I was able to identify key financial metrics and risks associated with the proposed expansions, and provide clear and actionable recommendations to the RRH stake holders. My work helped RRH make informed decisions about which expansions to pursue, and as a result, RRH was able to successfully expand into new markets and generate significant revenue growth. I was also responsible for developing dashboards to support several clinical teams. I worked closely with the teams to understand their needs and goals. I used this information to create customized dashboards that provided real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics that were important for the teams to monitor. The dashboards I developed included interactive visualizations allowing the teams to easily identify trends and patterns in the data. This enabled them to understand how their actions impacted the overall performance at RRH. Additionally, I used scripting and automation techniques to pull data from multiple sources and update the dashboards automatically. This allowed the teams to focus on making decisions based on the latest data rather than spending time gathering and inputting it. This helped the clinical teams to quickly identify issues and opportunities and make adjustments to improve performance and productivity. My work in developing these dashboards was critical in providing each team the visibility and insights they needed to make critical decisions that drove RRH's growth and success.
