Management of a total of 8 projects in the Tricastin Nuclear Power Plant for the Power Plant Direction. In the Post-Fukushima Program, the projects DUS, APu, VRD, and CCL were followed with the change management, the risks of the projects, the budget and the action plans in order to lift the risks.
