  Yandex Search is a leading web service with 50M daily users and 1B+ annual revenue. As VP of Search I was responsible for setting and meeting quarterly growth and profit targets together with CTO, VP of Marketing, VP of Advertisement. I set and drive a mid and long-term product, technology, marketing hiring agenda to achieve the goals mentioned above.   Video search is a part of the Yandex search product. It provides search results from video hostings only (like Youtube, TikTok, Vimeo, and 100+ others). As head of the service, I was responsible for the audience, revenue, and product quality KPIs. I lead a team of ~70 employees (50 of them as direct reports).Achievement:- Launched internal video hosting and streaming platform.   Developed a distribution ML platform that recommended users to install browser extensions or Yandex browser. Implemented LTV calculation approach to prioritization in internal distribution. It allowed increasing Yandex search market share at 1pp.
