Max was my Global Practice Manager at EY and I had the pleasure to also get to know him on a daily project work basis. During this time I learned a lot about how to act as a Senior Advisor in diffcult situations and also about the way how to bring an overall strategy to live. Max has the talent to always keep his objectives in focus while still leading his team with a cordial and genuine attitude. When it comes to coaching, I had the pleasure to have Max coaching me when I was appointed a team leader myself and I still today ask for his advice and am truly glad to have him as an objective and honest coach and friend. I experience Max as somebody who can help you structure your problems with just a few sentences, someone who hits the focus points immediately. The insights and experience he can offer are of great value and several times already, even the short clips and texts he shares have made a difference for me as I could use what he said the very same day. To me, Max offers coaching without strings attached, everything he does and says has a direct relation to your current professional life. There is no pseudo-inspiration, no spiritual whatever meaning as in many coachings I had but rather a direct, focused, fact-based advice the gives you an advantages right next day.

Max has been the most impactful Leader and Coach for my own development and career. He has always been and still is a great discussion partner, challenger, sounding board and advisor who provides guidance and the right spin when it matters most. Thank you Max!

When I joined EY in a leadership position, Max was my coach for the transition from project management roles into a Partner role in consulting. Max brought in all his experience from his consulting career in order to support me in this transition. However he managed very well the right balance of bringing in his own experience and coaching me to identify my own way. I feel significantly more successful in my career due to the coaching sessions we had. Therefore, I recommend Max' coaching to any leadership member of a consulting firm.
