I worked with Max for several years and he was a direct report of mine for many of those years. Max was one of the most reliable people I have ever worked with. Especially working in the social media space, I always appreciated his attention to detail and originality when coming up with and/or editing potential social media posts. I also witnessed Max manage people, and felt he did an admirable job of coaching his employees up and managing those relationships with them. We would often lean on Max to train our newest team members due to his vast knowledge of the company and its processes. I would recommend Max for any position that he applies to, as his skillset would make him a fantastic fit for any job.

Max was an outstanding employee for us in the Broadcast Department during his two years at the NBA. He was a valuable part of the process of gathering Best Practices for us and developed a keen eye for spotting the type of content we want to flag. After quickly picking up the process of writing our detailed telecast reports, I advised that he was indeed ready the next step. Rarely do we trust our part-timers to act as the liaison between our Ops Center and the national networks, but Max had proven he had what it takes and did a great job each and every time we scheduled him to run the show. He is the type of employee who would do things without being asked- one of the absolute best qualities you would want. Max would also routinely check in to see if there is some daily task that he could be working on, which is another invaluable quality he possesses. He was able to work well with everyone from our VPs to our newest hires and helped create a close bond between he and all the other project employees. His attention to detail really stood out to me and is just another of his strengths. I feel very confident that Max will become a remarkable asset to whoever gives him his next opportunity.
