  Project Capgemini decides to rebuild its career management application from scratch. This is an international project made up of a dozen of developers with international clients. I am involved in this project with the double Android / Backend developer cap. The app Make it easier for employees to manage their career management. The application allows them to define a target role and grade (e.g. move from developer to technical manager, from grade A to B) and to have a list of objectives linked to this role and grade.
