      I lead a global consulting firm that specializes in implementing team-based management systems in major corporations. I work mostly in North America, Asia, South America and Europe. This profile is reflective of our whole organization. We like to think that we understand the practical application of soft skills across cultures. I was fortunate to work for over ten years with the George Group, a company that specialized in Lean Six Sigma implementations (they were acquired by Accenture in 2007). This relationship enabled me to work with companies across the globe, I very much enjoy applying financial rigor to the “soft stuff”. We partnered with the U.K. based Belbin organization in 2001, incorporating their gold standard in team development methods into our Team Acceleration process.Prior to moving into the field of organizational development, I was the CFO for the Retail Division within The Molson’s Organization, where I took a lead role in growing the business to over $1 billion in revenues, doubling its size in four years through acquisitions and internal growth. Prior to that I was the Corporate Controller for Warner Lambert Canada (now part of Pfizer).
