He is always on time, provides feedback and never fails to provide support when called upon. He has taken one for the team many times in our work in CPG. In his job, he was exposed to many unethical opportunities but he kept firm and upheld both the company's policies and personal integrity. He is cheerful and jovial, yet restrained.
