Lead new employees of Green Bay country club and show them how the job is supposed to be done. Conduct face-to-face meetings with others at the clubhouse to ensure we are working well together and providing the best environment possible for the members. Communicate with my boss to ensure that the days I can’t work I am not scheduled prior to a month before. Assist the maintenance crew during downtime to ensure all the new renovations around the club got done in time. Assist the range boys at the end of the night to ensure the range gets picked clean and there are no balls that get cut by the mower. Show less
