  Quadient is a worldwide driving force in meaningful customer experiences, my role was focussed on mail related solutions out of the UK based manufacturing site The UK based site provides and develops machine solutions, for the enveloping/inserting/addressing side of the business, in production mail environments. My responsibilities included: • Supporting select machine installations worldwide • Providing unscripted help desk support to service engineers worldwide • Testing and validating new releases of hardware and software • Test and demonstration documentation design • Evidencing potential areas of improvement to designers • Assisting salespersons, integrate data handling requirements, in new software sales • Providing demonstration support and standalone demonstrations for potential and existing customers • Technical documentation creation My time in this role enhanced my fault finding abilities and understanding how to simplify complicated machine operations descriptions, to easy to understand knowledge. My contributions also led me to receive the most prestigious award at the company, the site (130+ persons) employee of the year for 2018. Show less
