Due to the success of the Marketing department and the sales force, I became a Director of Express Vending with Board Level responsibility for the company’s customers and account management. Reporting directly into the Board and with three sales managers reporting into me as well as two other managers, my remit was to write the Company’s Sales & Marketing strategy and ultimately grow the sales team as well as the customer base.
