Besides being extremely experienced with the TA product suite, his troubleshooting methods and outright hunches on incident root causes were inspiring. In addition, Max goes "beyond" in taking ownership of background issues that he believes should be improved. Instead of just shrugging his shoulders with "that's the way it is", he'll use any and all methods he can to influence positive change. I saw this time and time again. A very valuable asset to Tidal Software and its customers!
