- Developed artificial intelligence solutions and code, performed data analysis, and developed figures as part of a multi-organization effort for Gordon Bell Special Prize finalist level submission to Supercomputing 2021 on COVID RTC molecular dynamics and integration with AI techniques, paper accepted to IJHPCA - Developed semantic segmentation code using PyTorch Lightning to perform binary pixel-based classification on ultra-high-resolution aerial imagery data as part of multi-modal environmental modeling project - Integrated open-source Python libraries Hyperspace, Ray Tune, and Weights and Biases into Spaceray, a Bayesian optimization package for hyperparameter search to create CrossedWires dataset and preprint publication - Developed code base for NLP based workflow in effort to generate novel synthetic malate dehydrogenase (MDH) sequences. This was performed using PyTorch, and included dataset compilation and processing, network definition, automated BLAST validation, and custom training loops.
