We have worked on various web projects, mostly targeting the US market. In these projects, my main roles were Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, and Business Analyst. However, as the personal circumstances of our main customer became more confusing, we had to reduce our team to a minimum and focus more on side projects. In fact, it was good for me, because I was interested in gaining a deeper understanding and programming experience with frontend stack (JavaScript/React/HTML/CSS/etc.), so I dedicated a lot of time to self-development in this area. Additionally, about three years ago, I also started spending a significant amount of my time on an offline business that's pretty boring and not related to this context. Show less

I headed the "outsourcing" direction, managed projects and did UI/UX for most of them just for pleasure. Our team consisted of 3 backend developers, 3 frontend developers, an android developer, and a CTO. We worked on medium to large projects using technologies such as Yii, Node, Backbone, Redis, Sphinx, etc. In the year and a half that I worked there, we implemented an optimal “operating system” for management using Trello that was most like Kanban. I also acquired a main client from NYC (previously we only had clients in the ex-USSR region). We switched to a "pay per month" model instead of "pay per project" (not without pain). And we developed and worked on three skeletal applications that we used as a basis for new projects (inheritance, mass bug fixes, reusable code). We did not use any CMS like WordPress or Magento for our projects, everything was developed individually for the customer and the project. Show less

Our team consisted of 3 designers, 4 programmers, an HTML/CSS coder, a 3D modeler, and account managers. Over the past 3 months, I implemented a project management system with planfix.ru and significantly improved the quality of project management. The designs became more playful and trendy and we optimized the main inefficiencies in the work process. Deadlines became more accurate and we wrote a basis for various instructions, templates, and guidelines for main tasks. Our projects included stores, blogs, portals, affiliate programs, landing pages, browser games, etc. And we worked on a range of projects from small and quick to complex and time-consuming (about 50/50). As an Account Manager at Netpeak, my main responsibilities included: — Digital Marketer — Providing consulting services, with a focus on increasing profitability — Managing accounts and sales — Managing projects as part of a team, which included SEO specialists, SMM specialists, PPC specialists, analysts, usability experts and developers. The projects I worked on varied in scale and business model. Some examples of the types of projects I worked on include e-commerce, classifieds boards, and news sites. One thing I particularly enjoyed about this role was the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of business models, markets, and financial results for real businesses. I also enjoyed providing consulting services and receiving positive feedback from clients. Show less
