I have worked in many organisations, many large with complex IT services with challenging businesses they serve. At Winc the environment through 2018 included migrating the data centre to the cloud, the divestment of part of the business (including Chinese wall and physical carve out), as well as the merger of 2 other companies. Through all of this, Max was the Change Manager, keeping all of the IT leads (like myself) on the straight and narrow - ensuring there was solid plans, contingency, communications and supporting doco.
