In M.R.U. Lab, IMS-BHU Varanasi, where I had the opportunity to learn how is the testing of Covid-19 Sample. In this lab I performed aliquoting of sample, RNA extraction of Corona Virus strain by the help of RNA extraction machine and also use the R.T. PCR machine for the test report of the sample. I also performed Eliza reader and Next Generation sequencing of Omicron Variant for SARS-CoV-2. In M.R.U.
