As Creative Manager my primary function is to build and preserve AAA’s brand as the primary emergency roadside assistance provider, travel and insurance agency through strategic branding and marketing. I target AAA’s one million plus membership base by means of direct mail, business to business, business to consumer, and advertising which has brought increased membership, brand awareness and expansion of local AAA offices around Washington and northern Idaho.
