      ● I made indicators reports to check tendencies and measurement on collection results, achieving the fall of the default rate and a bigger efficiency in the collection process, working on the whole administrative and judicial collection, for agencies, Uniclass and Personnalité; ● I aligned the renegotiation terms for business and IT areas, planning the processing according to the comitees, reducing the start time of renegotiations in the collection center. I participated effectively, in the automation process, implanting a parameterization robot. I standardized programming codes in SAS and found contracts that were not being charged, increasing in 5% the recovery of amounts; ● Together to the performance culture department, we implanted the Kaizen project to make the employees performance better, to promote better practices, ranking tasks and assigning concepts for their evaluation. The productivity and the organizational climate got bigger with the detection and solution of the problems; ● I updated the circulars and prepared manuals, documenting 100% of the procedures in the area, besides flowcharts and risky matrices, eliminating redundancies and identifying control points, according to the Internal Control rules, Compliance and requirements for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX); ● I lived in Curitiba for four months to understand the payment of fees and close that section , bringing those tasks to São Paulo and releasing the employees for other tasks. I made adjustments in amounts paid for mortgage , reducing in 70% the amounts; ● I transmitted to IT the necessities in the business area, aligning the systemic changes and participating in the correction deployments; ● I participated in creation and implementation of the new paying system, that decreased in 60% the amount of paid receipts, giving more time to the analysts to be able to have new tasks.
