I had the pleasure of managing Mauricio throughout his tenure at Sparkloft Media. Early on it was evident he was going to be an incredible intern. Always arriving with enthusiasm and smile on his face, Mauricio's energy was infectious and livened up the entire office with his warmth and charisma. Along with possessing a can-do attitude, Mauricio is a self-starter with unparalleled initiative and drive. Single handily, Mauricio reignited Sparkloft's business development efforts throughout Scandinavia and in South America through his laundry list of contacts. As his internship progressed, Mauricio became a staple at the agency by working on a plethora of projects across all teams. With each passing week, his responsibilities increased to where he was in charge of managing content curators in South America on Sparkloft's largest client as well as managing other client's monthly media spend on Facebook. Mauricio is a consummate teammate, ready and willing to assist on any projects regardless of the task, an extremely coachable employee who is eager to learn, and a person who is a tremendous joy to be around. I cannot recommend him enough.
