Topflight reached out just over 2 years ago looking to modernise and upgrade their current phone system to a cloud based platform with the ability to integrate into their current CRM - HubSpot. Maurice project lead this business arrangement from the start. From researching the company, implementing a project plan with go live timescale, training for over 60 staff and constructive feedback on beta testing enhancements. We would regularly catch up to ensure both parties were up to speed on any changes or needs. It was a pleasure to have worked on this project with Maurice as he made the transition run smoothly.
