Mauri Sinkko and Jukka Stenberg completed their training project for Aalto PRO Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt training program to Finnish Patent and Registration Office about patent payment system. The project included defining and measuring current patent payment system, identifying and analysing problems and root causes, and suggestions to improve the system. The project was excellent and exceeded all our expectations. With the experience of Mauri and Jukka and our office’s payment team, we got a thorough analysis of patent payment system and a development plan for our future system. Both Mauri and Jukka had no previous skills of either payment systems or patenting. Within four months, they learned complex payment systems and patent legistlation sufficiently enough to complete the project. Mauri and Jukka were really motivated to learn and solve problems, and they worked really good as a team but also individually. I certainly recommend both Mauri and Jukka for expert-level projects.
