My favorite part about working with Maureen, though, is what a wonderful teammate she is. One of my favorite ways she helped our entire team work through a difficult cold calling project was by drawing an illustration for each team member and giving it to them as kudos at random intervals throughout the project. They were awards like, "The Flip Phone Award" for persevering through people hanging up on you and "The Early Bird Award" for being the first teammate to start the project.
