In my role as an Assurance Manager, I lead engagement teams through audits, reviews and compilations, review workpapers and financial statements, and I am heavily involved with peer review and internal inspections. There's a great amount of personal satisfaction from a client's acknowledgement of the impact we, as a Firm, make in their lives, and the direct role I have in that. But most of all, I enjoy mentoring the younger staff as they evolve in their career, advancing from interns to managers.
