  Using critical client input, we create in-depth characters and situations that accurately reflect the client’s business and workplace. After these scenarios are performed, the actors retain their masks, or remain in character, as they respond to a facilitated question and answer session from the audience. The audience is in the “safe” position of questioning the characters in order to better understand the character’s back story or sub-text. This interactive process helps foster insight to break down negative stereotyping. It is through this interchange, participants become more aware of how their own actions may potentially contribute to the chaos in the workplace.
