I was so lucky to have been able to work with Mo at Beam. When she joined the team, marketing was looking for an expert in not just event management, but in organization, communication, and patience. Mo delivered on all of these things and more! Mo took over these duties right away and scaled the role to manage all types of conferences, events, and sponsorships with teams and individuals across the business, and later executed on creating and marketing some really great virtual events by hosting webinars for Beam as well. She showed so much growth while I worked beside her and I can't wait to see where her career takes her next.

During my time working with Maureen (Mo), she scaled her role to include so much more than initially intended through recognizing business needs, presenting a plan to fill the gap, and taking the initiative to put it in place—all while going above and beyond in her role as it was built. In addition to being an amazingly ambitious and smart employee, she is an incredible human who consistently received praise from her coworkers for always being positive, friendly, and flexible (as the event worked is full of last minute change). Any organization, team, and manager would be lucky to work with Mo! She’s one of the best.
