Maureen is a force. Her reputation preceded her, as everyone who had worked closely with her at Backroads recommended her for the Specialist role. She was so valuable to my team, the cog of our wheel. She facilitated, juggled, delegated and dove into the trenches at just the right moments. Her job was the one I hired most carefully for on my team. The success of Guest Focus relied on a competent, organized, detail-oriented Specialist who could identify team strengths and delegate accordingly. And I leaned very heavily on her, due to my own overloaded plate. She always delivered. Finally, Maureen brought a lightness into the office, every day, which is not to be underestimated given Guest Focus is essentially our client feedback department. We laughed a lot in our office, and I’d wish that bright energy on any employer.
