I am the founder and leader of the Nuancing project, which aims to develop movement-centered workshops so that people suffering from addiction can tame the dialogue between their body-emotions-thoughts. It is based on the bio-psycho-social model and can be defined as a psychocorporal approach. From February 2023 on the project as taken the form of an association named Nuancing Association of which I'm the president. As part of an international scientific exchange program, I have the opportunity to benefit from a scholarship granted by the Janapese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) to complete my master's thesis in clinical psychology in Japan. During a 3.5 month stay, I am working at the University of Human Environments 人間環境大学 in Matsuyama (Ehime, Japan) under the supervision and in cross-cultural collaboration with Dr. Kengo Yokomitsu (健吾横光). His research area is focused on behavioral addictions (gambling and gaming). Our joint research is entitled: The collection of standard data and the development of educational program for prevention of gaming disorder in Japanese adolescents.
