Developed in cooperation with presence application manager, component factories (both S60 and ISA), Nokia terminal programs, other terminal and server vendors (competitors), participation in OMA standardization and product certification, RFx’s answering, partnering with Oz (for IM solution), piloting with operators, productization (including hardware and open source selections and licensing negotiations) and market making of new concept and product (with financial responsibility). Further development was transferred to Nokia Networks.• Program Manager, Nokia Mobility Middleware 1.0 (2003-2004). Collection of Java 1.4 compliant J2EE components offered for J2EE server vendors, service integrators and Nokia business units for enabling mobility. Product creation of DRM, Presence, Messaging, Device Profile and Device Management components on Java on multi site organization (Budapest, Boston, Helsinki, Tampere and Oulu; over 160 participants) and not existing channel creation (deals with HP, BEA, Sun, Nokia Enterprise Solutions, discussions with other Nokia units and external vendors and open source channels).
