S Matějem jsem spolupracoval 2 roky. Pracoval na pozici obchodního zástupcea později jako konzultant. Co se mi na jeho práci líbilo byl přístup. Nesliboval zákazníkům nesplnitelné, komunikoval s vývojovým oddělením a zákazníkům nabízel optimální a hlavně reálné řešení. Vždy se s ním dobře komunikovalo a připomínky z vývoje akceptoval a snažil se zapracovat do nabídek, které pak přednesl zákazníkovi. Po cca 1 roce obchodnické činnosti přešel do implementace a stal se konzultantem pro webové technologie. Tady s Matějem taky nebyl žádný problém, rychle se učil novým věcem a rychle se začlenil do nové pracovní pozice

I’ve known Matej for several years and I used to work with him few years ago. My experiences with him are mainly positive. Basically he was a guy who helped me with my first professional working skills and abilities. Matej is a team player as well as independent unit able to work without supervising. He is very capable and responsible person who I can always rely on. I mainly appreciate his sense for driving things in right direction and also his energy that he invests to solving problems and pushing duties ahead. I know him as a very skilled salesman as well as a project leader and marketing oriented person. He is always the first one who tries to find solution instead of excuses. Very good communication skills (also in English) and high level of professionalism bring him among people who are very persuasive and trustful.
