Matul, as a resource, always had that go-getter attitude. We have worked together in Tech Mahindra for two years, where he learned many new skills on the job. However, the two that would instantly stand out are his Leadership and Adapting to change capabilities. He always embraced challenges. Case in point, very early in his career, he was allowed to lead the DevOps team, which he accepted gleefully and also turned out to be one of the high performers, regularly praised by his Client. Leading an onsite DevOps team before turning 25 is just a testament to his team management skills. Having worked with him and shared a flat, I could say that he will continue being one of the top-performing resources for whichever project he handles.
