Matt has been a great asset to Shmaltz Brewing Company. From the first time he approached me I knew that he was a great candidate for a sales position with our company. He has embraced the role as our demo coordinator in south FL. We can pretty much talk about the accounts to talk with and about which products will work and he takes the ball and runs with it and executes the plan perfectly.
