This includes being the go to person for Personnel and HR matters including performance and development of Standard Operating Procedures in line with local, state, and federal guidelines. I collaborate with investors and current management team to raise capitol, maximize revenue, and carry out business-expanding strategies including real estate, vehicles, materials, and other asset acquisitions to grow the business. I assist in managing relationships with partners including negotiating new and existing 3rd party contracts to bring in and grow business opportunities as a Solar EPC (Electrical, Procurement, Construction).
