Matt is a demand gen rockstar. His attention to outcomes and how to architect a plan to get there is only matched by his sense of responsibility to it. He is quick to assign credit to others for hitting lofty goals, and the first to raise his hand to be accountable if one is missed - not that it's happened often. In the time working with Matt since hiring him, he's transformed channel management and testing operations for ShippingEasy, managed budgets and reporting, and anything else required to hit a number. Due to all this, it was a no-brainer to elevate him in to a larger role with responsibility for performance and customer acquisition across multiple brands, including ShipStation and ShippingEasy, where he now leads a team responsible for performance marketing and being responsible for acquisition, testing, automation and more for multiple brands with huge goals and expectations attached.
