I oversee the appearance, perception and sentiment of 8 (soon to be 9) new build housing developments as well as all local marketing activities, digital campaigns, website development, signage and site development as well as third-party website and lead management such as RightMove, New Homes for Sale and Zoopla. I am also responsible for overseeing the design and fit out of marketing suites and show homes, and design and installation of all signage as per the marketing strategy. I myself head up and lead a team made up of external design and media agencies and the regional sales team to ensure all marketing activity is strategically implemented at the most relevant build stages and in line with the sales strategy. In addition to online and offline marketing, I oversee the sales and marketing division of New Land programme, this includes but isn’t limited to site appraisals, sales prices, competitor analysis, gap analysis, SWOT analysis, local area marketing, destination marketing and suggested sales mixes. By managing my budget proactively and tieing into community and charity links I am ensuring not only a successful finish to 2018 for Harron Home but also a prosperous and fruitful 2019.
