Schwartz is the face of the South Florida restaurant industry and a nationally recognized celebrity chef. Genuine Pizza was formerly known as Harry's Pizzeria. There are four locations in Miami (1 Genuine Pizza and 3 Harry's Pizzerias). Plans are in place to open 15 restaurants over the next four years in South Florida, Atlanta and other regions.
