This was a project with a fixed deadline, which could not be moved for commercial and contractual reasons. Met the target and delivered on all requirements, resulting in a smooth transitions from Healthcall’s supplier and products to Specsavers’ supply chain and products. Managed development and testing teams as well a third-party supplier based in Ireland.
