  I managed the Biennial Facility Assessment process for the Chicago Public Schools, by which all educational facilities owned, leased, or operated by CPS were assessed for capital needs. I managed the process from start to finish, from working with developers to create and administer the data collection tool, to managing the consultant groups and field teams who perform the assessments, managing their schedules, and ultimately providing a quality assessment report product that CPS can use to determine capital budget needs throughout the district. I was ultimately responsible for the collection, compilation, and distribution of facility assessment information for the approximately 600 campus locations within the Chicago Public School District. Originally brought on as a short-term consultant to revamp the assessment database and reporting process, my job grew into a position where I was responsible for how the assessment data is collected, analyzed, and presented, and, ultimately, became the manager of the entire facility assessment process.
