As member of the project "A tutor for each freshman", I have been trained by some experts to mentor the new students during their first academic year. The mentoring took place both in groups and in one-to-one situations. With a supervisor, I developed some assessment questionnaires about the student’s experience of the first academic year (classes, organisation, schedules etc.). Furthermore, students were free to approach me for answers or help at any time.
