I had the chance to meet Mattia during ou 2-year Master's Program in Health Food Innovation Management. During this multidisciplinary Master program, we were part of the same team/project multiple times. It always felt that I could rely on his knowledge of nutrition and dietetics and trust the different professional ways that we would approach scientific or entrepreneurial topics. He also frequently took the lead of the projects and/or teams successfully. Apart from our collaboration during the Master's degree, we also worked together as product developers for a start-up food company in parallel to our Master's Thesis. His background in nutrition and dietetics was really valuable for the development of healthy and functional food products. He was leading the full product development project successfully making sure that all his actions/decisions were scientifically valid but also viable for the company. In parallel, I had the chance to watch him turning all this knowledge and experience into his own dietetics company. I was impressed by his devotion to this project, his entrepreneurial mindset but also the respect that he showed to the patients and science itself. He developed his marketing skills including web development and content creation skills.
