I found myself in one of the most ancient, rewarded and influencing wine territory worldwide. I took a deep-dive experience in winemaking, with a lot of practise in must and fermentation process evaluation. I assisted the winemaker in"Creatiòn de la Cuveè", tasting, assured HACCP programmes and presented Chateau's wine at main wine fairs. Beside, I travelled al troughout the enological region.
