It’s rare that you come across unique talent like Mattia We worked together on a daily basis at Audioteka and making Mattia reponsibile for development of company's business inteligence function was one of my best decissions at that time. I was particularly impressed by Mattia’s ability to handle totally new, and challenging assigments - effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him. Mattia is extremly quick learner with lots of natural talent for both business and technical side of work. His analytical and strategic thinking skills are at very high level. He is enthusiastic about work, makes it pleasure to work together. Mattia would be a great asset to any team.

It was a pleasure to have Mattia in my team in Accenture. He has surprised us all with his capacity to learn new processes which was proven by a very short time required for his training in spite of the complexity and amount of information being transferred to the new joiners on this position. Usually, after two weeks training period, the employees start working under constant supervision, but in Mattia’s case it was clear that he can be trusted to work independently almost immediately. Despite being new in the role, was always seen by the team as process expert and point of reference, thanks to his great analytical skills and ability of decision-making. He was also able to notice process gaps which were ignored by others and come forward with ideas for possible improvements. Apart from performing the basic responsibilities on very high level, Mattia assumed additional tasks related to the Operational Excellence Program. He was also part of three-people committee which organized an integration event for the whole project (for around 150 participants). In spite of the short time during which Mattia was working under my supervision, he proved to be a great value added to the company and a great colleague for the team, and I believe I can say he will be for sure an asset for any employer.
