Matti is great to work with, he has a relaxed and natural leadership style that carries’s people along effortlessly. He always has his eye on the strategic, but his finger on the detail. During my time working for Matti we had many cultural challenges to overcome and his relaxed style melted away any potential causes of cultural conflict, silently, subtly and effectively.
